Return Policy

Return Period

  • Returns must be shipped within 30 calendar days of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.

Return Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • A shipping method with track & trace is required.

Return Label

  • The return label is the customer’s responsibility.

Faulty Item

  • Email hello@hoshi-opal.com with your order number and clear photo(s) as proof.

  • Report within 5 business days of delivery.

Wrong Item Received

Exchange

  • We do not offer exchanges.

Refunds

  • Once the return is received and approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank/provider.

Return Address

  • Contact hello@hoshi-opal.com to receive the correct return address.

  • Returns must be sent only to the address we provide. Shipments sent elsewhere are invalid and will not qualify for a refund.

Keep proof of return: tracking number + photos of the item and packaging. We may request this to process your return.

Exceptions (Partial Refunds)

Partial refunds may be issued if:

  • The product shows obvious signs of use

  • The item is not in original condition

  • Parts are missing or the item is damaged (not due to our error)

  • The return is shipped more than 30 days after delivery

Non-returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Hygienic items: underwear, swimwear, and opened personal-care products
