We make every effort to ensure product details, descriptions, images, and prices are accurate.
However, slight variations may occur due to screen display, manufacturing tolerances, or supplier updates.
We reserve the right to modify product information or discontinue items at any time without notice.

4. Pricing and Currency

All prices are displayed in USD ($) unless stated otherwise.
Prices exclude shipping costs, taxes, customs duties, or import fees, which are calculated at checkout or payable upon delivery depending on your country’s regulations.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error occurs after your order is placed, you will be contacted to confirm or cancel the order.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely via Paywhale, our approved third-party payment provider.
We do not store or have access to your full credit card or bank details.
Payment is required in full at the time of order placement.

By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
Orders are not processed until payment has been successfully verified.

6. Order Acceptance

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email summarizing your purchase.
This acknowledgment does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Acceptance occurs only when we have shipped the item(s) and sent you a shipping confirmation email.

We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to:

Product unavailability
Payment issues or failed authorization
Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
Pricing or description errors

If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times vary by destination. Estimated delivery timeframes are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to customs procedures, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

Once shipped, orders cannot be modified.

8. Returns and Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy governs all return and refund requests.
Please review it carefully before initiating a return.

Only unused, undamaged products in their original packaging are eligible for return.
Unauthorized returns or returns sent to the wrong address will not qualify for a refund.

9. Warranty and Liability

All products are sold “as described.”
We do not offer warranties beyond what is required by applicable law.

Global One Trade is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Delays caused by third-party logistics or customs
Misuse, alteration, or improper handling of products after delivery

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

10. Customs and Import Fees

Customers are responsible for all applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees required by their country of residence.
We are not liable for delays or costs related to customs clearance.

11. Cancellation Policy

Once an order has been placed and payment processed, cancellation may not be possible.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to assist you.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
Any disputes arising out of or related to a sale or transaction shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
